This is not your  average Mainstream or Plus Dance. This is more like Mainstream and Plus on adrenaline with the chocks pulled. And the only limitation is the definition of the move. CALLERLAB refers to this as "Extended Applications". Oh, sure, you'll see a lot of the moves that you're used to seeing, to give your brain a rest. But because you've been introduced to the definition, it'll seem like a new dance.  Since it's really the same moves you've known all along, it'll be simpler to keep up with. (I didn't say "easier"). If you square dance just for relaxation and escape, this might not do it for you. But if you like a twist of the noggin every now and then, this could be the ticket.
